এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি
আপনার কেনাকাটার অভিজ্ঞতা সুন্দর ও নিশ্চিন্ত করতে Real Shop BD সবসময় আপনার পাশে আছে। যদি আপনার প্রাপ্ত পণ্যটির সাইজ, ডিজাইন ভুল থাকে, কিংবা ভুলবশত অন্য কোনো পণ্য ডেলিভারি হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে আপনি খুব সহজেই পণ্যটি Exchange (পরিবর্তন) করতে পারবেন।
Real Shop BD – এর ভুলে এক্সচেঞ্জ হলে: আমাদের ভুলে ভুল পণ্য প্রেরণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত/ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে, এক্সচেঞ্জের সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি চার্জ Real Shop BD বহন করবে।
গ্রাহকের ইচ্ছায় বা ভুলে এক্সচেঞ্জ হলে: গ্রাহক যদি নিজের ভুলে ভুল সাইজ/কালার অর্ডার করেন বা মত পরিবর্তন করে পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে চান, সেক্ষেত্রে এক্সচেঞ্জের ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
বিঃদ্রঃ ডেলিভারি চার্জ মূলত পণ্যের ওজন এবং ঠিকানার ওপর নির্ভর করে। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, ঢাকার বাইরে ৯৯০ গ্রাম পর্যন্ত ওজনের কোনো পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে সাধারণত ২০০ টাকার মতো ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for you. If you receive a product with the wrong size, incorrect design, or if an item was mistakenly delivered, you can easily request an Exchange.
If the exchange is due to Real Shop BD’s fault (e.g., wrong or defective product): The delivery charge for the exchange will be completely borne by Real Shop BD.
If the exchange is due to the customer’s choice or mistake (e.g., ordering the wrong size or color): the delivery charge for the exchange must be borne by the customer.
Note: Exchange charges depend on the delivery location and the product’s weight. For example, outside Dhaka, exchanging a product under 990g may cost around ৳200.
